Our 3-Day Itinerary with the Atlanta CityPASS (Kid-Approved!)
Here’s how we did it, with two kids 5 + under:
Day 1: Zoo Atlanta

We started our trip bright and early at Zoo Atlanta. We arrived pretty much as the park opening which was the right move. It was practically empty on a Friday morning! We got to stroll around the zoo at our pace and leave before it got too hot.
The gorilla habitat is very impressive, and the conservation work they do at Zoo Atlanta is extremely important. It’s one of the most well maintained zoos with very interactive enclosures.

Day 2: Georgia Aquarium + World of Coca-Cola
The Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca-Cola are right next to each other! I really recommend starting at the aquarium, like we did. It is the largest aquarium in the United States, and all of North America, so you should plan to be there for a few hours. We spent 40 minutes sitting at the aquarium’s Ocean Voyager exhibit alone (hello, whale sharks!).

The World of Coca-Cola surprised me! I do not drink soda, and never have, but the influence Coca-Cola has had on the world is undeniable. My step-great grandfather had a Coke route and I’ve always been surrounded by it, but there was so much history I did not know about! End it all with a tasting room with sodas, juices, and flavored teas from all over the world that are under the Coca-Cola umbrella.
Day 3: Fernbank Museum
I am glad we explored the Fernbank Museum on a day on its own. It was the absolute best place for kids. From Dinosaurs, hands-on science exhibits, a literal FOREST, indoor treehouse and a beautiful outdoor playground area made this stop both educational and exciting. We could have stayed all day!
Where to Buy the Atlanta CityPASS®
You can purchase it directly from the CityPASS website, or through some hotel concierge desks. It’s instantly delivered by email, so you can buy it even on the day you plan to start sightseeing.
Final Thoughts: Is the Atlanta CityPASS® Worth It?
Absolutely. If you want to experience Atlanta’s top family attractions, save money, and avoid the stress of buying individual tickets, the Atlanta CityPASS® is a no-brainer.
It turns a potentially overwhelming trip into a smooth, memory-making adventure—and we love that kind of travel magic.
